#pakistan's oil fields drop production levels

KARACHI: The Pakistan Oil Fields (POL) operated Pindori field’s production has slid below 900 barrels per day (bpd) to stand at 856 bpd, as the field goes to annual maintenance programme, the latest data of Pakistan Petroleum Information Services (PPIS) showed. Industry channels reveal that the recent dip in performance is on the account of annual turnaround activity in the field’s two wells and production is expected to recover to a sustainable level of 1,200 bpd in two months.
