With the pakistan Army steadfastly refusing to confront the Taliban, with their medieval outlook & practices, controlling large swaths of Western pakistan, considering them to be their assets to be used against other nations for killings and destruction, there has been an increasing number of polio cases being reported from those areas of pakistan controlled by the Taliban, as they prevent any of the medical aid workers from administering the much needed polio vaccines to the children of the region.
