US Vice-President Joe Biden holds #pakistan responsible For Complacency In Fighting terrorists

Despite being given Billions of Dollars of US tax-payers money in aid & equipping them with the military hardware, otherwise not affordable to it, the pakistan Army, in sign of obdurate defiance continues to refuse to take credible and tangible action against the terrorists outfits like the Taliban, operating out of pakistan's territory, killing US & NATO troops stationed in Afghanistan, before scampering back into pakistani territory, where it receives both refuge and support from the pakistan Army - the very entity that is supposed to fight them.
