UAE refuses to give a 5 Billion dollar loan to #pakistan
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) government had backed out of the agreement in 2009 to finance & install a $5 billion Coastal Refinery at Khalifa Point near Hub in the pakistan-occupied Balochistan province.
