Sustaining itself on aid provided by the highly intolerant Wahhabi Sunni Islamic kingdom of Saudi Arabia, pakistan's Sunni Muslim population in the overly-dominating Punjab province, backed by the pakistan Army, has been engaged in a systematic drive to oppress & discriminate against fellow Muslims in pakistan who follow a different sect of Islam. This in a country that was apparently created to protect Muslims of the Indian sub-continent against perceived domination of the Hindu majority residing in India, out of which pakistan itself was carved.
Ironically, it is in this Hindu-dominated India, where these Muslims have turned to for seeking refuge against the tyranny of the Sunni Punjabi Muslims in pakistan.
In a show of desperation to hide their pakistani nationality, these people, who reached India, burnt the flag of paksitan along with their passports & visas, effectively rendering them without a proof of nation they belong to.
