Often used as a pressure tactics by the pakistan Army to extract concessions & fulfill its requirements, long convoys of trucks carrying essential supplies for US & NATO soldiers stationed in Afghanistan were attacked in burned down while passing through the Islamic Republic of pakistan, a major, yet most frequently attacked transit route for supplying replenishment to Afghanistan.
